Her appellate experience further includes discretionary review, writ practice, and appellate strategy informed by her prior service as a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of Florida, where she evaluated jurisdictional briefing and prepared detailed analyses and recommendations regarding whether the Court should accept review.
Ms. Morejon has litigated matters in Florida's Complex Business Division and in federal court, including post-trial and dispositive briefing. Her experience includes cross-border discovery under 28 U.S.C. § 1782 in commercial matters involving hundreds of millions of dollars, as well as post-judgment enforcement proceedings, including work on matters involving the enforcement of a $500 million judgment against a foreign sovereign across multiple jurisdictions.
